1. Definitions

• Client: Any individual or business using the platform to hire influencers.
• Influencer: Any individual or entity offering promotional or content-based services through the platform.
• Campaign: A marketing activity created by the client and executed by the influencer.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.

3. Account Responsibilities

• Keep login details private.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Platform Role

• We provide a space for clients and influencers to connect.
• We are not a party to any contract between clients and influencers.
• We are not responsible for the performance, quality or outcome of any campaign.

Terms for Influencers

5. Influencer Requirements

• Provide accurate information about your audience, engagement and profile.
• Create original, lawful and non-misleading content.
• Follow platform guidelines, brand instructions and applicable advertising laws (such as hashtags, disclosures, promotions etc.).

6. Content Ownership & Rights

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant the client a limited license to use the content for the agreed campaign period or usage terms.
• You must not use copyrighted material without permission.

7. Payments

• Payments will be released after the influencer completes the agreed deliverables and the client confirms them.
• Influencers are responsible for their taxes or reporting requirements.
• Failure to deliver agreed work may result in payment cancellation or account action.

8. Prohibited Actions

• Fake followers, fake engagement or misleading analytics.
• Sharing confidential client information.
• Posting harmful, abusive or illegal content.

Terms for Clients

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide clear campaign objectives, deliverables and guidelines.
• Respect influencer timelines and creative freedom within the agreed scope.
• Confirm completed work promptly so payments can be released.

10. Payments

• All campaign fees must be paid using platform-approved methods.
• Fees are non-refundable once the influencer has completed agreed deliverables.
• Late or incomplete payments may pause or cancel campaigns.

11. Usage of Influencer Content

• You may only use influencer content for the duration and purpose agreed with the influencer.
• Any extended usage rights must be clearly agreed and paid separately.

General Terms for Both Parties

12. Communication

• All communication should stay professional and respectful.
• Any disputes should first be reported to us for review.

13. Confidentiality

• Both parties must protect any private information shared during campaigns.
• This includes pricing, strategies, contact details and unpublished content.

14. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud or misuse.
• You may delete your account at any time, but ongoing campaigns must be settled.

15. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee campaign results.
• We are not liable for disputes between influencers and clients.
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and protect the platform from any claims, damages or legal issues arising from:

• misuse of the platform
• violation of these terms
• breach of laws or third-party rights

17. Privacy

Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Please review it to understand how your information is collected and used.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
